Owner, Eyes On Security Consultants, Inc. Honorably retired from the California Department of Corrections in 2012 after over a quarter century of service. Beginning his career with the California Youth Authority, Raul was promoted/transferred to the California Department of Corrections and was subsequently assigned to the investigative branch of the department (Office of Correctional Safety). Assigned to the Fugitive Apprehension Team (FAT) from 2000 to 2012. Deputized as an investigator with the United States Marshals Pacific Southwest Regional Fugitive Task Force.

Upon retirement, selected to the travel squad and provided Executive Protection for the Los Angeles Lakers and Los Angeles Clippers (2013-2016). Currently providing security consultation to several central coast legal cannabis farms, distribution and processing facilities, housing authority locations, businesses, and commercial/residential properties.

Enjoys new challenges, tasks, and responsibilities. Devoted to advising, mentoring, and promoting the career growth of others.
